The goal of this non-profit organization is to eventually establish permanent orthopedic rehab services in Haiti. It have volunteered with them and that experience helped inspire the creation of this site (and many blog posts). Beside being a great way to give back, it also can help you grow as a professional. I have some What I Learned from STAND posts to highlight this.
